At HoloFex, we take pride in delivering high-quality holographic display products. We understand that in certain cases, you may wish to return an item. Please review the terms below before proceeding with a return request.
Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for single-unit purchases. Returns on multiple-device or bulk orders are not permitted.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Process

Email our support team at team@holofex.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

The item must be shipped back using a trackable shipping method.
Shipping & Return Costs

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The original shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable.

Please note that HoloFex subsidises a portion of the outbound shipping cost for all orders. In the event of a return, the customer will incur a return handling fee equivalent to the actual freight charges absorbed by HoloFex.

This fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 7–10 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable shipping or handling fees.
Non-Returnable Items

Custom-built, modified, or special-order units are non-returnable.

Returns are not accepted on multi-unit, wholesale, or commercial purchase orders.
